    I got a question: I’m workin on a property, it needs minor repairs (cosmetics), about $5000.00, so I’m using Conventional loan, I’m not going to refinance, how can I use this option, if is only set up for a short term financing (up to 12 months)? Thank you for your help

      Hi Mr. Maldonado,

      Unfortunately, Rehab Valuator isn’t setup to accept traditional financing at this time. It is designed for short term investment which to us means projects that are two years or less. We’re always looking to expand the capabilities and functionality though so I’ll make sure your feedback is submitted.
