The software isn’t really geared for something that big nor do you really need a software for that. Figure out what can be built on each lot and resale value, subtract cost to build and carrying costs and your desired profit margin and that basically gives you value of land. I am oversimplifying a bit but not really.

The presentation can work for a new investor so long as you do the research and find a profitable deal to present to your finacier.
You’re an established investor, so I can see why a bank would approve you. Will this work with a person that has not done a deal yet?
Richard – I’d suggest hiring a local architect that understands your local zoning, architectural styles, etc. That’s the best way to go.
