The addition of Nationwide Rental Comps Data has been saving you massive amounts of time. Now, when you're on your Comparable Rentals Presentation, you'll see the option to enter your own Custom Rental Comps!

Know of, or already own, a rental that wasn't recently listed but is still a good comp for your market? To include a rental on your marketing and fundraising presentations that isn't popping up in the data, simply enter the address, number of bedrooms, rental price, square feet, and click Add.

Our recent software update made two small but mighty changes to the Rental Comps tool inside the Rehab Valuator software! First, Premium users can now add Custom Rental Comps to Marketing and Fundraising Presentations. The second update made was labeling the actual Comps Markers on the HTML map to display the number of bedrooms.

Your software automatically groups together Rental Comps by the number of bedrooms. Enter in the Square Feet to have that unit price included in the $/Sq.Ft. calculation. You'll need this to calculate an accurate Market Rent Rate based on the Rental Comps you've chosen!

Once your Rental Comps Presentation is complete, Return to Inputs where you'll enter your Projected Operating Income.
