Do you have current lists of lis pendence and NOD notices? Reply Catherine on February 13, 2024 at 2:29 pm Hi Suzanne! The Rehab Valuator Premium software will allow you to create a schedule for your project where you can enter how much of each task is completed as well as what tasks must be completed before the next can begin. Unfortunately, while we do provide some sample contracts, lis pendens and NOD notices are not among those. Please feel free to reach out to our support team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions!
