    This was a GREAT interview. Hinged on every word. One of the things I benefited from the most was the terminology and learning to speak the language. Reposition deals, Stabilized Assets, Preforming Properties, Cap Rate of course. Also, great that Tim mentioned “Men Who Built America” show. Looking forward to watching that one now.
