Are any of these lenders providing 100% financing for rehab, including rolling in carry and closing costs, with financing based solely on the property, when the deal can support that type financing?
To my knowledge, none of the lenders here will do 100% financing. You will need private money for that.
Hi Daniil, To partner up with ConnectedInvestors was a GREAT idea. Unfortunately, there seems to be NO legitimate lenders on that site; instead it appears to be full of scammers. Reading the reviews on Cix.com confirms this. Most of these scammers want the investor to send an ‘origination’ or ‘insurance’ fee through MoneyGram or Western Union.
Hans: there are 2 sections on Cix. One is just their networking site where anyone can create a profile. There is no screening there at all so I don’t doubt it’s full of scammers. But THIS platform that we are currently embedding on our site is different. I personally know legit, real lenders that see applications being submitted through this. And every lender has to bid and pay for leads. As far as I know every lender that bids on leads is screened and vetted.

The software won’t convert currency to british pound sterling for you, and our comps tool is linked to Zillow, but you may find that the analysis (the mathematics of the analysis) and the connected reports are still very useful.
